Vanstar New Zealand Limited developed its foundation on customer satisfaction from many years immersed in the Hospitality and FMCG arenas. Incorporated in 2009, Vanstar New Zealand Limited is a privately owned and operated Company. Operating very large vans and small to medium box bodied trucks, we specialise in “Last mile” deliveries and our focus is on assisting businesses in several ways.
• Where products and freight are often too large or heavy for one person or where specialised goods are issued directly to the home or business addresses. Our vehicles are 17-31 cubic metres holding up to a 2-tonne payload. Each vehicle operates with two people ensuring freight is managed safely. The vehicles are modern, efficient and access many areas larger transport vehicles struggle with.
• Vanstar is not bound to a set route or loop. Operating multiple vehicles throughout the Canterbury District allows quick response and even same day service if required.
• Keeping prices relative, our service is fast, responsive, professional and affordable. We currently carry for well established commercial identities upholding a strong DIFOT, (Delivery in Full, On Time), performance record. Companies include Harvey Norman, Bigsave Furniture, DA Lewis, and many others.
• In support of operations our administration and invoicing systems are simple to follow and are fully supported. Eliminating any frustrations in this area is vital.
